International Housewares Association: Space Application Folder
Months prior to the Show, exhibitors at the annual International Housewares Show receive a packet of information including their booth space application and contract, the floorplans of Chicago's McCormick place (where the Show is held) so they can choose a location, and a number of other informational and marketing materials. All these pieces are mailed in an enclosing folder, shown here. The image top right is actually the back of the 9 x 12 folder (landscape), the image underneath it is the front of the folder. The folder unfolds via a tab/slit to reveal more marketing information on the inside of the folder (not shown) as well as the inserted printed pieces (the contract, floorplans, etc.). The outside of the flattened-out folder is shown at the bottom. Seneca works with IHA's branding/marketing firm in creating the pieces for their exhibitors. They supply us with some artwork and the "message" for the Show (which changes every year), and we pull it all together for the Show collateral. We also work closely with the commercial printer for this package, as the pieces that go into it all have unique challenges, and the deadline is usually tight as can be.
