I'm an experienced professional graphic artist but still regularly consult books and videos to learn about new versions of Adobe programs -- principally Illustrator, Photoshop and Acrobat -- and to pick up techniques with which I'm unfamiliar. I've been watching your lynda.com Acrobat 9 tutorials and wanted you to know how exceptional they are. It's not just the clear instruction; it's equally the absolutely charming, joyful way that you communicate... so refreshingly free of stilted formality and pomp. Truly a pleasure to listen and learn from you. One rarely finds a technical expert who can also speak with engaging, accessible grace. And I've read and watched many over the years: Ben, Deke, Mordy, Sharon, Sandy, Robin, Scott... all the prominent folks of the day. But I feel compelled to thank you in particular. I seldom get to smile and laugh (out loud!) as I'm learning. That -- in addition to the practical, and enormously useful lessons -- is your gift.
