Her training sessions are a careful combination of talking, listening, seeing and doing. It's the opposite of the all-too-typical "this button does this, this button does that" lecture type of training. In fact, you'll find that for at least one-third of the training session, you are on the computer actually using the software, with Anne-Marie gently coaching you as you go, in exercises customized for your skill level and the kinds of projects you need to learn how to do (and using your own files!). Which means more content is covered faster, and sticks with you longer, than is true with the usual, canned-presentation type of training.

And you're not left on your own when the session is over. Like all her students, you'll receive three years of follow-up support from Anne-Marie by phone or e-mail. That's 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (students receive her home and office numbers).
