Adobe CS6 Printing Guide
Periodically, Adobe commissions the authoring of an in-depth PDF on print production for their Creative Suite apps, and makes it available as a free download on their web site. They've just published the latest iteration, 150 pages of densely-packed landscape pages, heavily illustrated. It has specific sections for InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat X and XI. This is a must-have resource for all production and pre-press types!
